You may be wondering why I say this. It’s simple. Dancing makes you feel good. It’s fun, it’s silly, and it makes you smile. If you don’t believe me, try it.
Whenever the mood strikes you, go for it. It doesn’t matter if you’re grocery shopping, driving down the road, or cleaning your house, dance if you feel moved to do so. It doesn’t matter if someone sees you. It doesn’t matter if you’re a good dancer or not. It’s just about being in the moment.
If dancing randomly gives you a little burst of happiness, why not do it? I can’t think of a reason not to.
